celebrateanordinarylife: November 2014
http://celebrateanordinarylife.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
November 11, 2014. I've started to scrap a book of old family photographs, I love old photographs and it upsets me deeply when I see boxes of old photographs in junk stores; someone's whole life just abandoned with no one to cherish the memories.so sad! This is my handsome Dad and his sister Maggie, I guess taken sometime in the forties. Digital scrapbooking supplies from Anna Aspnes. November 09, 2014. I've been pondering for some time what I want to do with my blog, it really has no purpose apart from ...

celebrateanordinarylife: Hello Again
http://celebrateanordinarylife.blogspot.com/2014/11/hello-again.html
November 09, 2014. It seems like one minute the young couple in my last post were getting married and drinking champagne, the next minute having anxieties about absolutely everything. In the world and how life will be for their precious baby; Daddy particularly became instantly anxious at the thought of a sixteen year old social butterfly daughter. celebrateanordinarylife: August 2013
http://celebrateanordinarylife.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
August 21, 2013. Final fling before the ring. I'll start off with a disclaimer that the Cheeky Butler was totally the idea of the bridesmaids and I had absolutely nothing to do with organising the bare bummed chap who turned up to serve drinks. So, moving on - there was Prosecco to start, which was very civilised, followed by Cosmopolitan and Mojito cocktails served in mini milk bottles. The cocktails came ready mixed from Funkin. And they were great! Then it was dinner. Cooked and served by the wonderfu...

celebrateanordinarylife: July 2013
http://celebrateanordinarylife.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
July 24, 2013. Meanwhile I was obsessed with the idea that they had an outdoor space to hang washing out and couldn't rest until I'd bought some pegs, crazy but true, it made me very happy to hang the washing out. Happiness is having some outdoor space to sit in the sun and read your kindle after the washing is hung out. And the pegs came in useful for helping display Rob's birthday decorations. Mr K and I were up for booking a table at the Engineer. Presents and advice from Granny on men.

Tea Cosies and Lovely Stuff. Snow's ramblings about all things handmade! A bit more about me. February 3, 2011. I am slowly expanding my range of tea-cosies at The Tea Cosy Shop. I will not be doing tea cosies in the style of christmas puddings, fat cats or boobs…. but pom-poms? 2 cup tea cosy in marshmallow pink. 2 cup tea cosy in snow white. From → Cosies. The Tea Cosy Shop. Leave one →. Notify me...

BLETHERINGS OF A VISUAL NATURE. December 10, 2013. December 10, 2013. Spent some time in developing visualisations which indicate intentions for the environmental revamp of the dated shopping areas of Broxburn and Uphall. Community activist Gordon Allen already had lighting in place- and the determination to get this little baby moving in terms of funding. All monies/budgets agreed- just the slight problem of the landlord not quite seeing the need! Visualisations towards a facelift.
