Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Headed out at 700 am to look for action. Found some Mahis at the buoy. Then found some more.,. Saw this guy and his son hook a shibi so we decided to try our luck. Nate Abe with old school hook line rock technique. Looked like a fish Lau Lau. Solid catch with lots of fish. In past few days I seen three ahis that looks decent size so hope we get um soon. Sunday, October 17, 2010. The Hyuga Champions are Nick Mita and Higashikawa! Nick defeated Corey Ziems in the final and Higashikawa defeated Kekoa Uemura. Both of them were probably underdogs but they made it happen! Nick finally got his long overdue win! And Higashikawa got his first win! Stoked for both of them!
