Wednesday, May 06, 2015. Cinco de Mayo Hijo. Forever we will celebrate Cinco de Mayo, but not for the usual reasons. Last night at 10:15, my second grand-son was born. 5-5-15! Yep, a reason to celebrate! I can see your granddaughter probably is thinking: yes, more babysitting allowance! Well they could name him Charles after Charlotte (the Mountbatten-Windsor and Clinton princesses). Hmm, maybe: Carlos de la quinta de Mayo. Awww I LOVE his birthday! Thursday, April 23, 2015. We left the hospital around 9 PM and headed home. I don't know what the next days will hold for her. I don't know how the neck fusion will be on her mobility. Today I may head back to WF to do hospital duty and sit with her. Hopefully we will find out what comes next. I worry about myself now. Ive been falling down and injuring myself, but so far havent broken anything except skin. Ive told my doctor Id rather have the arthritis, as the drugs are going to kill me. Really we feel...

Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Here is a photo taken at the hospital. Sara and the new baby did not come out. I'm sure they needed their rest. The new baby, whom I think I will call Jet, is doing great. I managed to get in some grandma time while babysitting. I just happened to be wearing a brown striped shirt that matched Jet's brown stripes. He is very cuddly. I hear ya. The new one is adorable! Thursday, April 30, 2015. For the past week, we have been coming and going and meeting in the middle. It was a week ago on Wed. that Toby's mom fell and broke the top two vertebrae in her neck. On Monday they moved her to a physical therapy hospital. She will be there for a couple of weeks gaining strength and learning to take better care of herself. Friday night, I cooked spaghetti squash for my Mom and my boys. We love it with meat sauce, just like regular spaghetti. Well, that is, except for Rye. His Nanny made him regular spaghetti to go with the sauce. So, we had plenty leftover for lunch on Saturday. I think I'll go see if the boys want spaghetti for supper.
