I guess I was struggling to balance out Jesus and the Easter Bunny. Especially now that Lana and Tanner are older. So no big baskets this year but enough candy for everyone to be on a sugar high for a week. The above pics are the Primary egg hunt. It was a beautiful day for it! We had a bunch of Hilton Honor's points we needed to use up so we headed to Philadelphia for the weekend to see what it had to offer. We stayed at the new Home 2 Hilton which was really nice and right across the street from the Reading Market. I wish I had taken a picture of that place, it was so neat! And crowded. We scored an awesome deal on Six Flags season tickets last fall and today was the first Saturday we could go. The weather was amazing and the park wasn't too crowded. It was fantastic! The one thing Paul wanted to do was fish, so I sacrificed a morning of sleeping for some awesome views on the water. 3 hours of reeling in a giant fish and right at the end he flips off the line. I found them on clearance at Sam's Club for $4 a bag. We bought 10 bags. My super cute snow shoveler. I told the kids, let's go outside and pretend we're snow plows.
