Contact Jane Steinmetz, Medical Director. Red Thread Charities conducts medical trips to China in the spring and fall every year. The purpose of the trips is to screen the children in order to document their medical diagnosis and to make recommendations for additional medical tests, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. In addition, we train the orphanage staff so that they are able to better evaluate and work with the children throughout the year.

I LOVE celebrating Fall, and I have taught my children that Halloween for our family is just a fun time to dress up, trick or treat, go to the pumpkin patch, or enjoy hayrides! Look What Faith Can Do! Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Our kids are fish! About 10 years ago we had a pool put in. Our 2 older kids LOVED the pool when they were younger and our 3 youngest are no exception! Olivia is an avid, and awesome I mignt add, swimmer! The child would live in the pool 24/7 if we would let her. It took Ellye about 3 years after coming home to really enjoy the water!
