seeing things i've seen: October 2009
http://seeingthingsiveseen.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Seeing things i've seen. Who knows what might end up here. Sunday, October 4, 2009. Crush on the world. As a Christian now, my entire world is shaped by the reality of the person of Jesus and the unequivocal authority of Scripture. And although my whole world changed, and I do mean my whole world, one thing has remained the same. I’m still not convinced the world has much to offer. The Psalmist writes it most eloquently, “Who have I in heaven but you? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Feelin’ like a Nomad. July 11, 2009 by loriwagner. You ever feel like you’re caught up in a crazy whirlwind, struggling to even find a place to plant your feet? I’m definitely there. While it’s true I’m feeling nostalgic, a bit sad, and overwhelmed, more than anything I am so thrilled and excited! I can’t wait to be on-campus at BGSU; I’m anxious to get with the staff there, spend time with the students, and be a part of something way bigger than myself. July 7, 2009 by loriwagner. My 4th of July weekend!

seeing things i've seen: to be a bird
http://seeingthingsiveseen.blogspot.com/2011/08/to-be-bird.html
Seeing things i've seen. Who knows what might end up here. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. To be a bird. I know birds are so trendy right now, feather extensions, bird cages in the living room, chicken for dinner (haha), but my gram has always been big into birds. and over the past few years i've begun to see the beauty. Lately i've been wishing i was a bird. there are many perks. Sweet birds can flit from tree to tree, enjoying the sunshine and blue skies. Birds are usually beautiful and graceful. To be a bird.

seeing things i've seen: June 2011
http://seeingthingsiveseen.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Seeing things i've seen. Who knows what might end up here. Friday, June 10, 2011. It's funny to think about getting settled at home when you are on vacation in California and a mere week away from 6 weeks in Colorado, but getting settled is what's on my mind. I've lived in my current home since August, yep 10 months and I have still not hung shelves and have a couple boxes yet to be unpacked. How is that possible? Or worse what if I unpack and settle in and my life is still the same? Hanging shelves, han...

Pet a gator: October 2006
http://petagator.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Standing at the counter of Dollar Rent a Car, I couldn't believe the news: no more midsize cars, the lady told me. I had made a reservation, but apparently that didn't matter now. Well, we do have a minivan that we could give you for the same rate," the service clerk told me. I tried to imagine myself cruising in a minivan, the hulking craft with just me in it. No screaming kids or whatever else they are designed for. Uhthanks, but I'm not interested," I firmly said.
