Crispy Fry a pound a bacon. Crumble into small pieces. Mince up the onion. Make the Bacon weave. Sprinkle with the BBQ rub. Spread out the sausage. Add a little more Seasoning. Layer on the cheese. I can feel my arteries hardening. Now Lay down the Crispy bacon. Sprinkle the onions on. Now Roll the Bacon weave over the Sausage roll.

This is a really simple recipe and only takes a few minutes to prepare. The Lemongrass gives the dish a nice light aromatic flavor that goes good with jasmine rice. As with most cooking you can add what ever you like to the dish but don’t add ingredients that will overpower the Lemongrass.
