The reed organ has a fascinating history dating to the early 19th century in Europe. The pressure Harmonium, was patented in 1842, by Alexandre Francois Debain (1809-1877) who was a French cabinet and piano maker. Jacob Alexandre (1804-1876), was an accordion and harmonica maker.
