Vue d'ensemble du dispositif d'immersion bord à quai: la grue, le navire tracteur, le compresseur pour gonfler les parachutes. Les éléments au bord du quai, prêts à être immergés. Le plongeur d'EMIE équipe les éléments avec des parachutes. L'Insulaire, le navire tracteur d'EMIE. La grue au bord du quai dépose les éléments un à un au fond du Port Est (prof 14m).
