When we got out the Halloween decorations, Madelyn enjoyed trying out the headbands from Aunt Laura. We went to Abbey Farms again this year. It was cold but the kids still had a lot of fun. Their favorites were wandering through the corn maze, the zip line and the hill slides. Madelyn sliding down the blow up slide. Allison staying warm with Mommy. Allison just starting to crawl.

European Holiday
Friday, June 26, 2009. Friends, Brittany Sunshine, and history. France's northwestern beaches have been a pleasant surprise - again and again. A day at Damgan showed a different face, a little more rocky but a shell collection treasure trove - amazing that despite sunny and warm weather, the beach was virtually deserted on a Saturday. Since the arrival of friends Janice and Charles and Logan on Sunday, we happily assumed the role of tour guides - and together we have seen so many of France's bright spots!
