Thoughts and moments from our life. A clean freezer AND ways to save money! Today I spent defrosting the freezer. It's so nice to have a new, clean space to fill for a new month. I decided to cook up a bunch of Hamburger to have all ready to use. It seems that is the basis of so many of my quick and easy favorite meals. With having teens in the house it's also great for them to be able to whip something up in a hurry. I got this great idea from Lunch in a Box. I have tried it and hope it works well!

Little Moments in Life. Monday, June 2, 2008. What a great weekend! A couple of weeks ago Pete had told me he was going to take me somewhere for my birthday (yesterday). So I wake up Saturday morning to RAIN, I am suppose to run my 5K, I don't want to run in the rain. Anyway, I get up and take my shower, wake up the rest of the family, so they can cheer me on.
