The communication I have with the spiritual realm is all telepathic. I receive information by thoughts, feelings, and visions that they impress upon me through my mind. Images appear to me in the area around my forehead, known as the third eye chakra. As a spiritual channel, my most dominant way of connecting is to strongly feel.
