Reflections on Climate Change. Not in my back yard? Feedback Videos and Prof Lenton’s blog →. Reflections on Week Seven. February 28, 2014. The ‘design for future climate’. Document was rather terrifying, in that I hadn’t considered all the possible impacts on buildings. The one that particularly made me shiver was the ‘structure beneath’ – the idea that our very foundations may be washed away from underneath our homes, as they have with the recent sinkhole incidents. Reflections on Climate Change. A quiet sun →. January 17, 2014. What the key scientific principles that explain climate change including the greenhouse (blanket) effect? Gasses in the atmosphere that create the blanket (water vapour, ozone, carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide) by giving off heat radiation. The albedo effect – lighter surfaces reflect back heat, whereas darker ones absorb more of it. What are the key feedback mechanisms that help to explain why our climate is able to self-regulate?

Thoughts on Christian life. Reflections of Faith – What do you do when you don’t know what to do? Sometimes, I don’t know what to do.
