His character is flawed and he is vulnerable and I imagine he is what a lot of fathers of gay teens are.and I love that this show is showing his side. I absolutely agree. I never thought much of Mike OMalley as an actor before, but he literally is knocking the wonderful writing theyre giving him out of the park. His Burt is one of my favorite characters on the show. Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Every time I see a story about violence in schools, I go a little more numb. Today there was a stabbing at a school in Pennsylvania. Apparently more than 20 people were injured, either from the stabbing or the chaos. What causes a 16-year-old boy to bring knives to school and attack his community? The fact that horrible, hateful things are being said about our students.but others think it's funny or no big deal. When one of them could come in tomorrow intending to hurt all of us?

But I find it funny that when I click back to visit my old blog, the second entry (now the third) is all about how I want to go back into education, and it says:.
