A Process Driven Wife: March 2008
http://danielle.michaelbunker.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
A Process Driven Wife. Friday, March 14, 2008. Good Morning. I can't believe it is Friday and already the middle of March! Also this week Michael got to enjoy some fresh lettuce, mustard greens, and green onions from the garden. One day he had them on a sandwich and the other he enjoyed a salad. It will be around 90 degrees today so maybe, Lord willing, we are done with the 20 degree mornings. Posted by Danielle @ 6:46 PM. Links to this post. Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Lord willing, tomorrow will be commun...

The Powers famly's journey into the God-ordained old paths and ways(Jeremiah 6:16). Monday, May 23, 2011. They did pick an interesting day, though, with waves of severe thunderstorms coming through and complicating the matter of installing them in their new home. We (bees included) were graciously given a short window in the rain and hail where I was able to hurriedly dump them into their new place. Pictorial Begin:. Here’s a close-up of the new homestead servants. I then added 2 additional top bars, for...

Powers Family Homestead: December 2009

The Powers famly's journey into the God-ordained old paths and ways(Jeremiah 6:16). Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Well, I started this blog with an intent. . . and that intent(and the blog) have been obviously neglected. As much as I don't believe in "New Year's Resolutions" for their self-reliant necessity of failure, I think that a new resolve of some form is a must for this blog. I should either close it or pay attention to it. I'm going to try and update it with things more often. Ryan and Kara Powers.

Powers Family Homestead: One day at a time
http://powersfamilyhomestead.blogspot.com/2011/01/one-day-at-time.html
The Powers famly's journey into the God-ordained old paths and ways(Jeremiah 6:16). Tuesday, January 18, 2011. One day at a time. Also, he had another friend of ours who has a landscape business, bring out some wood chips from a tree job that he had done. Ryan was adamant about getting some type of mulch down near the house to cover the clay before he attempted to start moving things in. I’m sure I will be thankful for this. Ryan and Kara Powers. The Powers famly's journey into the God-ordained old paths and ways(Jeremiah 6:16). Saturday, March 13, 2010. Thoughts on the Third Commandment. Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Or the blind inclusivi...

A Process Driven Wife: August 2008
http://danielle.michaelbunker.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
A Process Driven Wife. Sunday, August 31, 2008. It has been a busy week. It has been a rainy one too. I think it rained about three times this week, and we are grateful to the Lord for all of it! We have been getting used to the humidity returning too. This week Michael's father came down and helped us run some of the extension cords, we have running outside, underground. It's good to have them out of sight now and out of the elements. I got up early Saturday, put some in to rise, and baked them. The...

So I will be giving it to him tonight when the community gathers for our weekly question and answer time. To open their eyes, and.

A Process Driven Wife: July 2008
http://danielle.michaelbunker.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
A Process Driven Wife. Thursday, July 31, 2008. Wow, what a scorcher it has been this week! But I guess it is July in Texas so what else did we expect? The heat during the day is tolerable until it stops cooling down at night. And the lack of rain adds another negative to this heat. Although, everyday we go through this heat we get one day closer to fall! This heat can really interfere with the initiative to get things done but it's all good, right! And the Mesquite pods dry out really fast! She really i...
