I'm trying to ignore it because I really am blessed to be able to see my family and be here once again. I never know when it will be my last time, so I'm grateful. Even less security now.

A blog about mental illness, being mindful, being med-free, and just. being. Wednesday, February 29, 2012. I'm so sick right now. Yesterday, I had a scratchy throat and a bit of a cough. This morning, I woke up with a fever, with body aches, head aches, and a wicked cough. My chest hurts like crazy, and I'm coughing up gross stuff. Eventually it will get to the point where I'm taking unpaid days, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. I've done that with other jobs. Monday, February 27, 2012.

I met with my doctor last week, and he advised me to stay at each decreased dose of Pristiq for at least 2 weeks before taking another 25 mg step down.
