Regenecell Patient FAQ: Do stem cells make a difference to spinal injury? Is it risky?
http://regenecellqa.blogspot.com/2007/07/do-stem-cells-make-difference-to-spinal.html
Monday, July 2, 2007. Do stem cells make a difference to spinal injury? I cannot state that stem cell therapy will help you, but we have had responses in patients who are paraplegic. These responses were improved bladder control and posture control. The last patient regained some function of the legs and is in rehabilitation learning to walk. This is an unusual case. There are no complications or side effects that we have found so far. Posted by Regenecell Management. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, July 2, 2007. Is it different for Children? We treat children with 8 million stem cells, including a new kind of cell which increases blood vessel formation and blood supply to the nerve tissue. We have had good responses in children, especially in Cerebral Palsy. Posted by Regenecell Management. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to this patient Q&A. Regenecell Patient FAQ: Will stem cells work for Parkinson’s Disease
http://regenecellqa.blogspot.com/2007/07/will-stem-cells-work-for-parkinsons.html
Monday, July 2, 2007. Will stem cells work for Parkinson’s Disease. We use only human umbilical cord stem cells produced by a NYSE listed company, fully tested for all known pathogens. The treatment dose is a total of 8 million cells, 6 million CD34 and 2 million mesenchymal cells, given intravenously over a period of 4 days. Posted by Regenecell Management. Monday, July 2, 2007. Can you treat Multi system atrophy? Certain cases of MSA have been treated, but they have been the type: olivopontocerebellar atrophy. The response to therapy was much like the response to Parkinson’s Disease, i.e. 7 out of 10 patients responded and unfortunately, there is no follow-up data. Posted by Regenecell Management. http://regenecellqa.blogspot.com/2007/07/can-stem-cells-make-difference-to.html
Monday, July 2, 2007. Can stem cells make a difference to Cirrhosis? I have looked at various cases of cirrhosis treated with umbilical cord stem cells and found that all had decreases in their liver enzymes. The patients who had active hepatitis B and C responded well. These patients received small doses of stem cells – 1,5 million once off. I have no idea of their long-term results. Regenecell Patient FAQ
Monday, July 2, 2007. Allogenic vs. Autologous – which one to use? We only use allogenic human umbilical cord stem cells - CD 34 , and mesenchymal cells - this combination is not in use by any other stem cell treatment facility and is extremely new technology pioneered by our laboratory associates in the USA. No matching is required since the cells are immune-immature and are depleted of all other blood products. Posted by Regenecell Management. MND and ALS – is this a viable option? The problem in respo...
