Just this one little course between me and moving forward with this ultimate goal! Stay positive that even with an already busy summer, I can accomplish this goal and do well in the course. He delivered the goods to our fabulous little ones. He posed for a few pictures and then woke up a little girl. He woke up a little boy as well, but he was QUITE crabby, and NOT impressed! The four cousins. Not too easy getting 4-4 and under to look in the same direction. Smiling at the same time AND looking? 4 Pick up the paper.

Post, I talked about his initial diagnosis and day 1-Christmas Day 1992. Merry Christmas to us-right! Your dad has Leukemia, the prognosis doesn't look good, now go open your Christmas gifts. Not my idea of fun, nor anyone in my family! Boy, were we in for a shock! SoKFC and a visit to the hospital it was. Another horrible side-effect: Chemo affects your cells....

Home (back to blog). 1: bring god home. Read Gospel to Lucy (I did this with Keller around her age.he loved it). Read an old testament book to Keller. Acquire "Not a Fan" for March reading. Finish "A biblical Year" book. In one of my studies, there is a focus on memorizing scripture. Home (back to blog). 1: Get my body back. February (let's face it.i missed january). Speak affirmation in the first hour of the day. Walking on treadmill 20 minutes every other day. SUA/SRT/3 yoga positions (this one might be tough). Do a push-up a day. Do 10 crunches a day. I walk for 20 minutes every other day on my treadmill. I stretch everyday. I complete the SUA/SRT and 3 yoga positions with joy. I do one push up everyday. I complete 10 crunches each day. March to May goals. Stretch EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Since it seems to be moving in the right direction here; I'd like to make a larger effort in the next month (up until the start of May.it is March 22nd ;) ). Be as consistent as possible with routines that are established - sleep, teeth, physical activities, supplements, meals, etc. Go full circle with discipline.
