Birch and Linda: November 2010
http://birchandlinda.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
From the Emerald Isle. Saturday, November 27, 2010. Thursday was Thanksgiving so we picked up the McBrides. And headed down the motorway to the Finglas. All the senior couples were there and we had a wonderful time socializing and sharing mission experiences. The food was great! It's nice to be with others that are doing the same thing we are! After dinner we went across the street and caught the bus to downtown Dublin. Dublin is a fun city. It was a beautiful, crisp day! We were able to go with a YSA.

Birch and Linda: June 2011
http://birchandlinda.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
From the Emerald Isle. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. One Monday in May, we headed north with the zone leaders, Elder Barton and Elder Jones. They don't get a chance to see much of the country so we packed a picnic lunch and away we went. We were in for a surprise.rain and 70 mph winds! Scattered with a little sunshine! When we got to the Mussenden Temple it was so windy I stayed in the car and enjoyed the beautiful hedges of wild roses. The sea was completely churned up! It holds 12 cars. View of the bay.

Saturday, November 27, 2010. It is about time! I finally feel like I'm at a place now where I have some breathing room and can actually think through things and put them down here. The last couple of months have been the craziest of my life. Honestly. Since my last post was about Brooke, I will update on her first. Brooke has done a lot better since her visit with the gastroenterologist. We switched her formula and she seemed to be feeling better, and her facial rash went away! Thankfully a little benedr...

Saturday, December 27, 2008. While I had a few minutes of peace and quiet I thought I would fill everyone in on what's been happening at our crazy house! My mom moved in with us the day after Thanksgiving. She has had a really hard time since my dad died and so we think this is the best thing for her right now. My brothers are also still here and that means that there are now 7. People living in my tiny house! We had an amazing Christmas. Hopefully things will start looking up in the new year! It amazes ...

Sunday, April 5, 2009. Our thursday afternoon efforts! It's hard to see, but the river was already 1/2 way up the trees! About a week and a half ago Matt and I had the Opportunity to go to Fargo and help with the sandbagging there. For those of you that may not know, the Red River Valley area is having the worst flood in over a hundred years! I didn't expect those sandbags to weigh so much! There were huge trucks bringing in the sand and just dumping it on the floor so that people could grab shovels and ...
