Cheese and Sausage Grits. 3 egg whites, room temp. 1 tsp lemon juice. 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced. 4 strawberries, sliced. Or whatever fruit you would like). 2 Using a spatula, place the egg whites in a circle on the baking sheet. Make the edges a little thicker than the middle. Cheese and Sausage Grits. 1 cup sugar (I use brown sugar). 4 tsp baking soda. Flour enough for soft dough (approx. 6 cups) (I use half white flour and half whole wheat). Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
