We left both of the kids in Tampa for the week with my ex husband. They are having a ball and this week has been awesome for me and hubby. We've been like teenagers, having no kids here! Lots of reconnecting, lots of wine, lots of nakedness. LOL (Sorry, TMI! I love you Princess. Happy Birthday! Where did the time go?

I am 28 years old. I am almost 275lb. I am going to change that. Saturday, November 21, 2009. I finally went back to the gym today! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical glider, on Random setting, Level 3. According to the machine I did 3 miles and burned 500 calories (not so sure I believe this one). I am ok with that. I am 28 years old. I am almost 275lb. I am going to change that. Sunday, April 17, 2011. Week 1: -8.6. This is how to do it. This is how to stick with it! It doesn't matter though, because I did it. I got through one week, and I am now -10lbs since I came back to Weight Watchers. This means just 12 more rounds of -10 and I'll be done. 12 little 10lb steps to walk down. Wednesday, April 28, 2010. I went later than normal to exercise last night at the y and holy toledo! There was a convention of attractive men. i may need to re-think my work out schedule, lol. i have noticed when i'm running or working out next to someone who is pushing themselves. i tend to as well. really it can be a man or woman, no difference. in fact i usually feel more challenged by the strong women in the gym. they are serious.
