Calling all artists, crafters, and anyone who wants to help birds of prey! I volunteer with the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program. For the past few years, they have held a Gala Auction, as a fundraiser. ( This link is about last year's Auction,. As information is not posted for this year's event yet.) While the Auction is not till February, the RMRP is accepting donations of auction items NOW. How're you all doing today? We have a super-sweet dog (border collie / cattle dog mix), a couple of friendly kitties and a dorky ferret. We'd welcome cats and other small animals but our dog is pretty alpha and we're not sure how another dog would work out, but we could have a doggie date and see, I guess. Haven't tried this before, but what the hell, it's worth a shot. I'm gonna be in the Delta, Colorado area for about a week, starting Wednesday through Tuesday next week (7-28 through 8/3) for my stepfather's funeral. There's a damned good chance that I'm going to need to escape the whole family thing for a while, and was wondering if anyone in the area wanted to spend some time hanging out? Post a new comment.
