Random Thoughts and Adventures: December 2008
http://cdm2686.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 15, 2008. The busy, crazy life I lead! I feel like the energizer bunny that never stops! But I do love it! My philosophy is you only live once so why pass up the opportunity to have fun! And then the week starts and I begin to lose sleep because I am a night owl and like to stay up late hanging out when I have to be at work at 7am! But again, oh well! And then there is our apartment! It is pretty much always a blast! I think a lot of people think we are crazy! Friday, December 5, 2008.

Bon appétit!: Happy Fourth
http://bloggingbycourtney.blogspot.com/2009/08/happy-fourth.html
I know, I know - my holidays are all kinds of jacked up. Here it is August, and I'm blogging about Christmas and the Fourth of July. What can I say? I guess Smokey Bear's Birthda. Just isn't as bloggable. What was in the bag? Among patriotic Tootsie Rolls and Fireballs:. Because what says "Happy birthday, America" better than Swedish Fish? With love, Courtney. LOL Is your building run by Capital Associates? August 10, 2009 at 8:30 AM. It is TOTALLY Capital Associates! I will cross my fingers for Labor Day.

Bon appétit!: January 2011
http://bloggingbycourtney.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
A lot has happened since I last blogged. Here are some of the highlights (to be expanded on - or not - in the future):. Francine the Ford Focus (a.k.a. the "Forcus") went to the Great Car Lot in the sky. I got a new car (Captain Scurvy, a Mercury Mariner). He's dreamy. My roommate got married. I moved to a new apartment. In a new ward. In a new stake. I adopted two furry little roommates: Conan O'Brien and Gracie. Went to New York. With love, Courtney. That's a little bit of English-major humor.

Memoirs of Krishna: Commercials Taking It Too Far
http://krishnas-memoirs.blogspot.com/2009/03/commercials-taking-it-too-far.html
Wednesday, March 4, 2009. Commercials Taking It Too Far. I don't know about the rest of you, but commercials tend to fit into one of the following categories:. 1 The ones that make you go "awwww" because of children, puppies, or other general cuteness (those toilet paper commercials with the puppies). 2 The ones that you haven't got a clue what exactly they are advertising. 3 The ones that make you blush due to embarrassment (under-clothes commercials or ones for "male" pills). We have commercials all ov...

Memoirs of Krishna: Pearls Before Breakfast
http://krishnas-memoirs.blogspot.com/2009/02/pearls-before-breakfast.html
Friday, February 6, 2009. A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that thousand of people went through the station, most of them on their way to work. As part of a social experiment about perception, taste, and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty?

Memoirs of Krishna: November 2008
http://krishnas-memoirs.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 16, 2008. I have decided that one of my favorite (unhealthy) things to eat in this world is brownie batter.right out of the mixing bowl. It is fabulous. In fact, I'm doing it right now. Am I allowed to get tired of life? Tired of my routine everyday, tired of the people that I regularly see and communicate with, tired of the same things I've been doing for months that have gotten me to the same places that I am right now? Is that even allowed? I think I need to make some sort of life cha...

Bon appétit!: August 2009
http://bloggingbycourtney.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
As I mentioned earlier. The local Dollar Tree has some interesting items. Here are some of the latest finds. Notably, these were all spotted on one trip. Special thanks to my accomplice who was willing to humor my need to document everything.). Can you spot the problem? Paradox: The back of the "My 1st Birthday" celebratory ribbon warns, "Not for children under the age of 3.". Would you buy the bottle without the label, assuming. The same as a marked bottles? With love, Courtney. Just isn't as bloggable.

Memoirs of Krishna: August 2008
http://krishnas-memoirs.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 28, 2008. Playing jenga with a 5 foot stack of books is not a good thing. Here is a small and watered down account of a few of my experiences on the upper level of the BYU Bookstore:. Girls were laughing and declaring it to be like playing “jenga.” I’m not sure if anyone else seeing the problem in playing “jenga” with a pallet of books that is about as tall as I am, but I highly suspect that the person who had to fix their debauchery was not happy. I can only imagine what those poor girl...

Memoirs of Krishna: What do ya'll think I should do?
http://krishnas-memoirs.blogspot.com/2009/01/what-do-yall-think-i-should-do.html
Tuesday, January 20, 2009. What do ya'll think I should do? I thought I'd take an informal poll on my blog. For this poll I'll present my options and I want you all to post your opinions in the comments (if you care to). I'll be graduating in August. *gulp* And therefore have to decide what to do with my life after I graduate. Here are my options:. 1 Grad School in the West (where most of the potential marriage options are and where I know more about Graduate Schools). Sam, The Nanti-SARRMM. Definitely I...
