For posterity: DC, glimmer of hope, blizzardDC, new job, Home! Packpackpackmovemovemove, rent, farm therapy, black dogs happy. Work and then work harder and more so you can pay a million bucks in taxes but hello - BUY FIRST HOME EVER WHICH IS NOW YOUR ONE AND ONLY LOVE, this will happen again, I think. Stuff that is STRAI.
