Forever Loved, Never Forgotten
Forever Loved, Never Forgotten. Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Bobby would have been 19 this year. It's hard to believe that the last birthday wish I will ever give him was a "happy sweet 16" to which he replied, "those are for girls! This year, Luke and I made a plan. We would celebrate Bobby's birthday by doing things he loved. We started our day at my parents house where we barbecued some ribs, it wasn't even noon yet. Bobby was a self-proclaimed carnivore- it just made sense. Once the movie was out (and mom w...

Brad celebrated life; we celebrate his.
Brad celebrated life; we celebrate his. Brad and Alex on the rocking horse. When Kira and Avril were born Brad sat on the rocking horse with them too. I think Brad rocked on this horse more than the kids. The photo above was taken after an Easter egg hunt that Brad went on with Alex. He made Alex and I laugh because he put the bunny basket on his head. He continued to converse on the phone acting like nothing was odd yet he had the bunny basket on his head. Kent Wheeler (Brad’s dad). I had the pleasure o...

Remembering Brady and Ben- Surviving a Double Loss in a Triple Blessing
Remembering Brady and Ben- Surviving a Double Loss in a Triple Blessing. Friday, July 17, 2015. Seven years later the pain is not so raw. It is always there but not so suffocating. I go about my life in a completely normal fashion. No one who meets me would ever know. I have had many happy days and memories since then. Days and memories that I know would have been so different with you here. But every once in a while the wounds must breathe. I have cried in them all. I am not crazy. I am not depressed.

Remembering Bregan
Sunday, November 23, 2014. Happy 6th Birthday to Our Sweet Angel! It's hard to believe that 6 years ago today, we met our beautiful little boy! And it really wasn't on my heart to. However, I will include a few tidbits about last year in this post. Last year, we celebrated with just ourselves and of course our last baby girl - Harlow. She is now 22 months and one of the joys of our life! Now, I wish I could remember every second of our sweet boys life! Also, I posted a picture of Bregan's youngest sister!
