After a commitment to cook my own foods last year, the challenge continues. Inspired by books and friends, I'm blogging about it so that they can hold me accountable to do this thing I've said I would do. I'm committed to healthy eating and looking to share any and all magical finds here. Monday, January 30, 2012. Veggie Challenge #4: Spaghetti Squash. I like it plain out of the shell. And, it's the sort of thing I can make ahead on Sundays and use in a variety of meals throughout the week. I tried to ma...

Writer’s Digest (13th annual International Self-Published Book Awards Commentary). A really interesting novel, based in great detail on what happened during the 5th Century in Alexandria, Egypt. Remembering Infancy

I have a very long memory. It goes all the way back to my infancy. I have early memories because I have noticed them. I know others have done this, too. According to my research, I estimate that up to 12% of the adults who live in Western cultures have these memories. Two of the four children in my masthead have them. All four remember this photo being taken. Before we get any further, let me be very clear about two things. The first is the hornet's nest of recovered memory. I am. Date: Dec 04, 2010.
