I was listening to Christmas songs this afternoon (yes, I know, a little early), when I stumbled across a favorite song with a new meaning. Selections from "You would have loved this" by Cori Connors. The greenery is laid across the mantel. And ornaments are hanging on the tree. And cradled in the windowsill's a candle. A beacon in the night to call you back to me. I know you loved this time of year.

Then on day six, after a strained bowl movement (thank you constipation), I had some more spotting. It was not like the spotting I've had before, that was more pink/red streaked mucous. We finally started looking at baby stuff online- cribs, car seats, pack 'n plays, etc. We've been terrified to do it all pregnancy, and while it's still scary, it has been so exciting to make it to this part of our journey. It's nice to be able to experience a little bit of normalcy and just be happy expecting parents. Keep growing, baby girl. The cerclage was a success!

On Thursday we had the chance to take a tour of the Peter Whitmer farm where we were also able to sing one of our fireside songs for the missionaries.
