I was late to work today, because time was at fault; a 30 minute bath, 10 minute shaving, 30 minutes of stuffing goodies into my lil bags and an impossibly slow check out procedures from the hotel. These few salespersons from California Fitness probably saw through that. Techniques like "no-buts interruption", "hide possible problems under the carpet" and "exploiting weaknesses through high-pressure" were very well executed.
