One woman's struggle to lose the E in FEAST. Saturday, March 31, 2007. The Heaven-Sent Workout Partner. We'll call her "Angela". She is a very funny, delightful person. She's pretty and nice and TEN YEARS YOUNGER THAN ME. And she's the best workout partner I have ever had. By "workout", I mean lifting weights, doing crunches, using the cardio machines and the hydraulic torture machines, etc. The boring but necessary stuff. The stuff I would never do without a partner. Then the usual thing happened. I had a little taste of something chocolate, those darn girl scout cookies, and I thought "heck, I can have just a little and I'm fine". So, here we go again.
