Måndag, den 17 augusti 2015, kl.22:04. Idag nuddade jag nästan 3-siffrigt i benpressen, nästa benpass så sitter den där. Jag avskyr att träna ben, så jäkla tråkigt. Jag är för stel i ryggen för knäböjen, så jag blir förbannad varenda gång jag tränar ben. Därför har benen kommit lite skyundan. Men nu när överkroppen börjar se riktigt bra ut så måste jag byta fokus! Ska boka en tid på ryggakuten och se om dom kan hjälpa mig med ryggen. Ca 3 månader mellan bilderna, jag vägde lite mindre på den första med.
