I was at once surprised and disappointed to find myself NOT wanting people to know that I am living with such a dreaded disease. I thought back to the moment my spouse, Patricia, told me the doctors had found a cancerous tumor on my bile duct. My initial response was "I am so sorry! What was THAT about!
