Wednesday, December 31, 2008. I've been reading about what happened to my internet that made it so slow on my ISP's website. They said it was caused by "circuits fault on Southeast Asia - Middle East - Western Europe 4 (SMW4) submarine cable network between Palermo (Southern Italy) and Alexandria (Northern Egypt) linking Malaysia to Europe".
