The Reserve at Bear Creek. The Famous Subdivision Garage Sale - April 23, 2016. Each year, Bear Creek selects a Saturday in which many of the homeowners put their garage sale items out in their driveways. This event usually attracts a big crowd and it is a great opportunity to find some really good bargains. Halloween at Bear Creek. School's Out Block Party. We do not know who is happier, the teachers or the students but we do invite.
The Lakes

The Reserve at Bear Creek. The Lakes within our subdivision. There are two lakes located within our subdivision. Both are approximately 2 acres in size. They are not officially owned by the subdivision but by the homeowners who have property on the water. These owners actually own half way out into the lake from their shoreline. The lakes do have restrictions such as no gas powered boats or ski-dos. There are various types of fish in the lakes, including bass, bluegill and catfish.

The Reserve at Bear Creek. The hope of the homeowners here at Bear Creek has been that the reservoir would have been completed by this time. However, due to the economic changes the plans have been slowed down considerably. Although the land has all been acquired, there is still much paperwork to get done. Once the clearing of the land begins, it is estimated to take 3-7 yrs to complete the project. When completed, the reservoir will be approximately 1125 acres with our subdivision sitting.
