Wine Match: Restdown 2008 Rose. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1 carrot, roughly chopped. 4-5 small shallots or 1 medium onion, roughly chopped. 2 ½ cups dried Puy lentils. 6 cups chicken stock. 2x400g tins whole tomatoes, drained and chopped. 1 cup Restdown Verjus. Handful fresh parsley, chopped. Freshly ground black pepper to taste. Coriander leaves and lime to garnish. Sour cream or natural yoghurt to serve.

Salt and cracked black pepper. Wilted spinach to serve (optional). 4 slices toasted sourdough bread. Melt butter in a frying pan, add leek and cook over medium heat 4-5 mins or until soft. The story shows a positive perception of Growth. Lobsters live up to 70 years. They grow through their life span. The lobster had to shed his shell time to time in order to grow. Lobster’s shell is rigid and becomes uncomfortable as it grows. In order to grow the lobster have to take risk of getting vulnerable to large fishes.
