FOOD, COOKING AND EATING. Friday, June 24, 2011. It's been a while. 8 weeks and 2 days ish. A few days after the last post I birthed a baby and have a bit distracted. I thought I'd ease myself back in and help Shae from Yay for Home. Reach her goal of 20 linked blogs, with a few things I know. So here's what I know (the extended past a week version). Going from eating whatever while pregnant to then have to go back to an egg free, dairy free, spice free, chilli free breastfeeding baby friendly diet SUCKS!

It was a trip with a purpose, and that purpose was not touristy food stuff. but still, I obsessively took photos of pretty much everything we ate. It's what I do :P. FOOD, COOKING AND EATING. Monday, February 27, 2012. Something very strange happened about 3 months ago. After not having eaten more than a handful of avocados since the late 90's, I suddenly could not get enough. At our local farmer's market, there was a stall selling Guacamole and salsa. The man who made them was American and he told me that his wares had the So-Cal twist to them. So-Cal (Southern California) guac was awesome! I was hooked with one mouthful. Making your own icy-poles is the coolest! Pun intended :P) I LOVE making Icy-poles! Banana milkshake and soy choc milk icy-poles. Sometimes you just want to eat a Hotdog. It seems like running in Louboutin's is totes easy. I wonder if I got some of these. I would suddenly be able to run really fast and catch rogue spies? Not even for pretty shoes will I run. I kinda miss blogging so I'm back. I have used Juniper berries in cooking, but only once. When I was in high school, my family and I went to dinner at this little restaurant in the Perth suburb of Mosman Park quite often. I can't recall the name of the place but it was just down the road from Rose Hancock's mansion Prix d'Amour.
