Love God, Love People. News in Sierra Leone. What You Can Do. Monday, April 30, 2012. My first reaction when I stepped on the beach was a dropped jaw. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The crystal sapphire water and white sugar sand lifted me away from work and ministry directly to the presence of God’s wonderful creation. I think this is my new favorite getaway! The resort was destroyed during the war, but since has reopened and rebuilt. Rooms are available at a steep price and the food is good.
