Two concerts celebrating Kazakh and British music held at the Brunei Gallery, SOAS, Russell Square, London Tuesday 25 August and Thursday 17 September 2009. Inspired by the works and lives of the Kazakh craftswomen featured in the exhibition at the Brunei Gallery, SOAS. Three leading chamber musicians came together to perform music from the Baroque to the present. A World Premiere written by acclaimed British composer Jim Aitchison.
