Tuesday, June 10. Harley was seized by authorities because his owners were starving him to death. He was laying.dying on a cold, hard shelter floor. Through the efforts of amazing volunteers, Texas Sporting Breed Rescue was able to take this boy from the shelter to a local veterinarian clinic to stabilize and assess his condition. Adoption Application and Process. Our organization is completely run by unpaid volunteers, who dedicate their free time to help the dogs. The entire adoption process takes time, and we are unwilling to sacrifice being thorough when the dog’s future is at stake. We thank you for your time and patience throughout our process. TSBRs primary adoption area is the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex (local adoptions), and we reserve the right to give priority to local adoptions. Heartworm Test = $20. Exam = $35 - $55.
