Monday, October 27, 2008. After discussion and shown to Liwen, we decided to use Lynn's idea, that is unicorn has an afro hair. So, i design the following design according her idea. This is my sketch. And this is my idea when we print on the wallpaper. I wanna make the middle column as border and there is smaller unicorn design on it). Monday, October 27, 2008. After what I saw the comment from Liwen on Eunice post, so I decided to try using some retro pattern that I searched on unicorn. Here come more pictures of it and the pencil sketch I will post up next week. The first sketch using Illustrator, decided to draw front view because when i searched for Unicorn pictures, i realised most of the pictures are side view. So then, from the first ones. Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Here are some pics. Thinking of the measurements and the places to print. Putting the colour on for our very first unicorn! Unfortunately, all 3 of us were dirty on our hands because of those fabric paints as we had to go wash the silk screen everytime we printed once, therefore we did not even bother to take pics. and ofcourse, we were totally stressed, freaked out and nervous too. Thursday, October 2, 2008. Progress.tada.DAY 1. DAY 1 Progress picture:. The big packets are the ones smell like Jasmine Tea. They are not sticky and even on the next day we took out they were still not harden yet. Start making caterpillar as you can see from the picture, very tiny green caterpillar. Looking at the pictures. I was trying to move it really slow so Director Sean can take picture of it. I was helping Director Sean to carry the stand since the stand was too short. Wait till YOU see Day 2.
