Monday, February 19, 2007. Pita Gourmet Pita Bread. Onion, thinly sliced. Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced. Swiss Emmenthal Cheese, grated. Red Pepper Flakes to taste. 1 Spread the tomato paste on the pita bread. 2 Layer the red bell pepper and onoin slices over the tomato paste. 3 Broil in oven for 5 min or until pepper and onions are cook. 4 Layer the smoke salmon on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. 5 Broil for another 2 minuites or until cheese is melted. 6 Season with red pepper flakes and serve.

隨心 ● 隨想 ● 隨筆. Monday, September 01, 2008. 或許回港久了，沾染了港人的習性，又或是對港人的不信任，很多時候見到乞丐，心中想的，往往是"這人是真的行乞嗎，還是那些騙才的職業乞丐呢？". 口琴這樂器體細小，可以隨時帶在身邊，天涯海角去也，感覺是十分逍遙的。 而老伯的琴聲卻是斷斷續續、零零落落的，一如他殘破的人生。 早起腦筋未還未完全清醒之際，偶爾聽到他斷斷續續地奏出父母恩，即時鼻子一酸。想當初他也是個粉雕玉琢的嬰兒，父母的心肝寶貝，何以今天弄至如斯田地？ 面對眼前那些面無血色、雙目沒有焦點的人們，或許，老伯比天橋上急步走過的我們更有靈魂。 Links to this post.
