Cabbage here is common but it´s rare to see lettuce and so we haven´t had a salad in the traditional sense in quite some time. Sporadically, we have cucumbers, carrots, squash and other vegetables but it´s unpredictable when those will be available. We eat a lot of corn (tortillas with every meal! And eggs, beans, and rice.
