Sunday, May 31, 2015. Today we were ready and out the door at 8am local time, so we scored a great breakfast spot with only a 15 minute wait. As we were leaving, I think the wait was 1.5 hours. It came highly recommend and was very good, but the pancakes weren't quite large enough in my opinion. Corey took the older two into a shark aquarium at Mandalay Bay, then we went in the High roller, a fully enclosed Ferris wheel type of ride that took us up 550 feet to see Vegas from a different angle.
