2013: The Golden Year. As 2013 comes to a close, I look back at all the projects HL Designs has done with a smile and a grateful heart for we have been blessed. With the completion of 6 Golden Cowrie restaurants this year, it has. Been a golden year for us. First, we did the al fresco area at its original branch in Salinas drive, Lahug, Cebu City, which I wrote about earlier this year.
