Monday, August 13, 2012. 15 Minutes that changed our lives. 40 years and it seem s like yesterday. We spent our 40. Anniversary in MGM, I was sharing with 24 teachers in a Teacher Certification Class at Evangel Church. So, due to my assignment, we missed out on our actual date. But we did spend some time at the beach – on the same sand that we shared on our honeymoon. Let me take you back. It was a hot Alabama summer in 1972. We were just 15 minutes late. Navarre Beach Holiday Inn was a wonderful place.

Tuesday, August 03, 2010. 38 Years Ago - August 4, 1972. Tomorrow marks the day that we said I do and I would do it all over again. Only this time with more kids – maybe 6 or 7? 38 years with the woman that I always dreamed of. (No Pastor Lindell she doesn’t look 35 anymore, but she is more beautiful than ever.). Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Christmas is almost here! Mom and Dad made it through the night adding their own stories of church funnies in the past. Update: much to my dismay, the weather has not been kind in Missouri. We've had some very cold and windy days. Monday, October 05, 2009. Who is in Control? There are some things that really bug me … like:. People who have had their turn signal on since July. I guess we need to increase the "ticker" volume! People who use the cell phone in the public restroom. Don't they know they have voice mail? Some things really can wait 5 minutes! People who put on make up, shave, or text while driving. Watch at any 4 way stop, someone will be on the phone not paying attention to who is next. Where's Gomer when you need him?

Monday, August 02, 2010. Todd and Nash -First Glimpse. Huntsville, Alabama - July 2, 2010. Here is a picture taken from the observation window, right after Nash was born. There are 15 of us gawking through a small 3 X 4 window trying to get a peak at this little guy. Family from both sides were there. We had all traveled from Louisiana. And Missouri to be there for this special occasion. Finally Todd brought him over to the window so we could see him. BTW: He hasn't slept much since. Tom and Jan Bougher.
