This month, Kerri and Marcus were wed in my three season room. a quick affair with chic black dresses and several friends. Caitin and Shane are being married there tomorrow! Marriage has a 50/50 chance of failure. People say it all the time. "well, you know, marriage is a 50/50 bet! And then people quibble about the exact statistics, their basis, etc. I agree with 50/50. Yup. It sure is. It's either YES or NO. 50/50. Choose YES, every day. Choose to be a person that your loved one will say YES to, every day. If you can't see the pictures. Just hit refresh. What a gorgeous day to get married! This morning I was concerned because it was cool out, but it warmed up just in time. Erika and Tom are an absolutely hilarious couple (you can tell), and we had a great time. The wedding was at Grand Haven Golf Club at their pavilion. I'd recommend that space for 70 or less, though you can fit more if you don't mind a little awkward seating. Their recessional song was the Black Eyed Peas' "Tonight", which has been in my head ever since! If you can't see the pictures.

Congratulations Sarah and Ben! Sarah and Ben had their wedding at the Antwerp Activity Center in Mattawan. This is a great site. roomy, new, easy access. The only disadvantage is that the walls are painted cinderblock, so you have to put some expense/effort into masking them. They are a lovely, happy couple! Today Adrienne and Kevin were married at Bay Pointe Inn, where I also seem to get a lot of weddings lately! I love it there. It's not for a 300 person wedding, in my opinion, but for the average sized wedding it is great. Mariesa, the special events coordinator is awesome.
