I just bought a pepperoni pizza, selecing a product based purely on the box advertising. Plastered across the front of this Chicago Town pizza in bright green and white letters was the phrase "TOPPED TO THE EDGE". It's Wednesday which is a perfect day for a scenic drive from Sligo to Galway. The A road route directly south between the two towns takes about 2 hours, but we had other ideas.
