Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Blogger, I certainly did not mean to abandon you for so long there. I apologize. But I do have a fab excuse this time. This semester has obliterated my chances at producing finished work up until this point in time. Two months into my last semester. that is far less than promising but I am moving as relentlessly as I can toward accomplishing some work whether my classes like that or not. Thursday, February 23, 2012. I've been wondering to do with my sketchbook pages.an art tumblr might be a good choice. I'm just so lazy about it. Consolidating on my blog seems like the easiest way to go lol. The only problem being, it's not as accessible as tumblr or facebook. Oh well! So here's some shots of the progress:. Using a C.F. Payne under-painting technique. Your palette shows a lot about you. Working with oils again is like riding a bike. A rusty, decrepit bike. Sunday, April 29, 2012. Lines and colors and colors and lines! I tried to exaggerate some colors I was looking at and create more of a overlaying abstract, but still organic pattern within the piece.
