Dienstag, 16. Juni 2015. Da bin ich doch neulich im Supermarkt über so neue 'Dosen' für die Kaffepad's gestolpert. Die gibt es von diversen Herstellern in verschiedenen Sorten und Farben. Der Deckel von den Dingern sieht sehr interessant aus und gleich war die Idee da die Deckel könnten auf einer RG auch gut funktionieren. Weil Airex grad etwas knapp bei mir ist :-) hab ich zum testen einfach nur ein Decksteil aus 3 Lagen Gewebe laminiert. Das ganze ist natürlich recht 'schwabbelig'. Die Kante is...Die K...

Freitag, 6. Februar 2015. Mich hat mal interessiert wie stark man mit verschiedenen Rudergrössen and Positionen den Lateralschwerpunkt bei einer RG beeinflussen kann. In der Praxis setzte ich ja schon seit einiger Zeit unterschiedliche Rudergrössen ein. Und hier um 20mm nach vorn versetzt. Habe hier also auf empirischem Wege schon einige Erkenntnisse gewonnen. Inzwischen habe ich einige Erfahrung mit der NeKst-IOM sammeln können und musste leider feststellen das die Mastposition aus dem Plan nicht so ideal ist. Habe das grosse Vorsegel der IOM's und den schmalen Rumpf wohl etwas falsch eingeschätzt. Jedenfalls sitzt mein Mast inzwischen an der hintersten Kante der Tasche. Reaching the other way sucks. Bow keeps digging. It is too low in the water. With all new components the boat will be circa. 150-200g lighter than it is on the photos but that won't solve the issue. Most are my designs(from solidworks), some are from thingiverse.com. My development, a gopro clicker, reinforced design, tolerances apropriate for 3d printing. Offcourse it is interchangable with the original. Servoarm and rudder shaft support for fila#89. 130mm extension for gopros, printed with 100% infill. Gps case for a Naza controled hexacopter.

No major changes, just a wash, polish and cosmetics. The old rudder had a gap and a steel shaft. This was the prototype rudder, but it stayed with the boat for the whole season. I had only a 4 hour break in the past 4 days, and is still going strong, below are pictures of some parts printed lately. Da ist es nicht weiter verwunderlich das der Gedanke mal ne richtig gute IOM zu bauen in mir reifte. Kaufen kommt nicht in frage . was mir gefällt ist viel zu teuer und der Reiz ist bei einem fertigen Boot ja dann auch irgendwie weg. Sowas macht mir keinen Spass!
