http://chesterteens.blogspot.com/2009/11/few-quotes.html
Friday, November 20, 2009. I've been rereading parts of. The Wisdom and Innocence. For a college admission essay I'm working on, and came across several absolutely lovely quotes:. I am overwhelmed with an enormous sense of my own worthlessness- which is very nice and makes me dance and sing.". The principle objection to an argument is that it interrupts a quarrel.". I wonder whether you mean this? Perhaps the principal objection to a quarrel is that it interrupts an argument. The first one.so true! He ha...

The Chesterteens: Who prayed for Chesterton?
http://chesterteens.blogspot.com/2009/06/who-prayed-for-chesterton.html
Monday, June 29, 2009. Who prayed for Chesterton? On Chesterton's conversion to the Catholic Faith:. Posted by Lauren (RoseinFaith). This is why we Chestertonians must always remember to pray for conversions and for converts. One of those I would like to recommend for our prayers is Martin Gardiner, a famous writer on science and mathematics - he annotated Alice In Wonderland. And he admires GKC, but has not yet followed GKC to the Everlasting Man. May God grant him wisdom! The American Chesterton Society.

The Chesterteens: December 2009
http://chesterteens.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 24, 2009. The Shop of Ghosts. That is why, as in "The Shop of Ghosts," Christmas is dying, yet cannot die. The temporal outward signs are always dying, like a tree dying in winter; yet because the roots are eternal, it is always living again. How can one be too good, or too jolly? Merry Christmas to all! Posted by Lauren (RoseinFaith). The Great...
