Slightly Above Mediocre: September 2006
http://jhkelly.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
Just enough above average to make me feel like I'm failing to use my potential. Saturday, September 09, 2006. I am five days into the Stanford Sierra Conference Center experience and I am feeling good about being here. So much has happened in the last five days that if I were to go into detail it would be too much and you would stop reading this blog and go do something more interesting like eat cereal. So let me sum up at least some about the people that are here with me. Where did you come from? Hey li...

Just enough above average to make me feel like I'm failing to use my potential. Friday, August 25, 2006. I am officailly packed. I have been up every night this week well into the early morning hours. I have given up entirely on even pretending to be on time for work in the morning. They don't seem to mind. But my spirit is at rest with my decision to leave. I believe that this is my season to scatter stones. I believe that no matter how hard it is to say good-bye, I need this time away. And ...I'm 18...

Just enough above average to make me feel like I'm failing to use my potential. Sunday, July 30, 2006. A good for nothing day. Sunday, July 30, 6:47 PM:. No, I'm not depressed. Yes, I am a little lazy. But at this point in my life Sundays are so beautifully simplistic that there really is nothing else to do with them but sleep. And blog, apparently. I guess now that it is 6:52 PM I should consider getting out of my pajamas. Or maybe I'll just watch a movie. Posted by j kelly @ 4:50 PM. Yes, we can.

Do i even know what this is about? Do i realize what i'm doing? Did they see it coming? Posted by j kelly @ 12:26 AM. Tuesday, December 12, 2006.

Slightly Above Mediocre: January 2007

Just enough above average to make me feel like I'm failing to use my potential. Thursday, January 04, 2007. Perhaps the grass isn't always greener. I hadn’t really ever noticed it before. So from there I exit the airport and start driving down I-30 and that’s when I pass the original Six Flags. As I continue past Ameriquest, I can see the 10 or so giant cranes raised in the distance in the middle of Arlington where they are constructing the Dallas Cowboys New Stadium. For those of you familiar with the S...
